Not at all! Many of our travelers come solo and leave with lifelong friends. Our group trips are a welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to connect, mingle, and enjoy the journey together.

Trip prices will always include airfare, accommodations, select meals, planned group activities, and all ground transportation within the destination. You’ll need to budget separately for personal spending money, travel insurance, and some meals. Each trip listing will outline exactly what’s covered.

All of our curated group trips depart from designated major U.S. cities, with all travelers flying and traveling together throughout the entire vacation. This ensures a seamless, shared experience from beginning to end.

Travelers are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the departure city prior to the scheduled trip departure. If hotel room blocks are available for the night before departure, we’ll advertise those along with pricing; however, it is not required that travelers stay in the same hotel.

Please note that all flights and ground transportation during the trip are part of the curated group itinerary, and individual flight or transfer arrangements cannot be accommodated.

Absolutely! Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, our trips are designed to make everyone feel welcome and included. For solo travelers interested in reducing costs, we’re happy to help connect guests who may wish to share a room.

Please note, however, that The Passport Clique assumes no responsibility or liability for any issues, cancellations, or conflicts that may arise between matched roommates before or during the trip. Travelers should exercise their own judgment and discretion when considering this option. Private accommodations are always available for those who prefer their own space.

You can reserve your spot by completing our trip registration form @ https://www.thepassportclique.com/just-released and submitting your deposit. Most of our trips offer flexible payment plans, allowing you to pay in smaller installments leading up to your departure date.

Life happens—we get it. Each trip has its own cancellation policy, which will be shared before you book. In most cases, your deposit may be non-refundable, but we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for extra protection in case of unexpected changes.
